The employees will be governed by the National Pension System (NPS). The minimum qualifying service required to become eligible to be considered for review for promotion shall depend upon the essential qualification as per ISRO/DOS Norms.

3. चयनित उम्मीदवार को एन.ई-सैक उमियम में तैनात किया जाएगा। चयनित उम्मीदवार भारत में स्थित अंतरिक्ष विभाग के किसी भी केंद्र / यूनिट में जब भी और जहा भी आवश्यकता पड़ने पर तैनात होने के लिए दायी है। इसरो / अं.वि. केंद्रों / इकाइयों के विवरण के लिए, उम्मीदवार https://www.isro.gov.in/about-isro/isro-centres.पर जा सकते हैं।/ The selected candidates shall be posted at NESAC, Umiam. The selected candidates are also liable to be posted in any of the Centres/Units of the Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required. 4. जब भी आवश्यक हो उम्मीदवारों द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन में विवरण का प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना होगा।/ Candidates will have to produce proof of the details furnished in their application submitted on-line as and when required.

आयु सीमा/Age limit:

न्यूनतम आयु 23.01.2021 तक 18 वर्ष से 45 वर्ष है। / The Minimum age is 18 years to 45 years as of 23.01.2021.

चयनप्रक्रिया /Selection Process:

न्यूनतम अनिवार्य योग्यता पूरी करने के बाद आवेदनों की जाँच विधिवत गठित चयन समिति द्वारा निम्नलिखित मानदंडों के आधार पर की जाएगी/ After satisfying the minimum essential qualification, screening of the applications will be done by a duly constituted Screening Committee based on the following criteria:

• 80% वेटेज केवल आवश्यक योग्यता में प्राप्त अंकों को दिया जाएगा और पूर्व पात्रता योग्यता में प्राप्त अंकों को स्क्रीनिंग उद्देश्य के लिए नहीं माना जाएगा।/ 80% weightage will be given to the marks obtained in the Essential Qualification only and marks obtained in the pre eligibility qualification will not be considered for screening purpose.

• 2 साल तक संबंधित क्षेत्र में कार्य अनुभव के लिए 20% वेटेज दिया जाएगा। 6 महीने के न्यूनतम अनुभव को ही माना जाएगा और 06 महीने से कम के किसी भी अनुभव को नजरअंदाज कर दिया जाएगा। अनुभव के राउंड-ऑफ की अनुमति नहीं है। 05 अंक उचित अनुभव के 06 महीने पूरे करने के लिए दिए जाएंगे और 12 महीने तक के किसी भी अवधि के लिए आनुपातिक अंक दिए जाएंगे (केवल पूरे महीने के अनुभव को माना जाएगा)। पूर्ण अंक यानी 20 अंक 2 वर्ष या उससे अधिक के पूर्ण अनुभव के लिए दिया जाएगा। पी.एचडी. अनुभव को भी पद के लिए इसकी संबंधता के अधीन माना जाएगा।/ 20% weightage will be given to the work experience in the relevant field upto 2 years. Minimum experience of 6 months only will be considered and any experience less than 06 months shall be ignored. Rounding-off of experience is not allowed. 05 marks shall be given for completed 06 months of relevant experience and proportionate marks shall be given for any period above 06 months upto 12 months (only completed months of experience will be considered). Full marks i.e. 20 shall be given for the relevant experience of completed 2 years or more. Ph.D experience will also be considered subject to its relevancy to the post.

• केवल योग्यता के बाद के अनुभव पर विचार किया जाएगा। अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र / अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र में नौकरी में शामिल होने की तारीख और नौकरी से हटने की तारीख को स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाना चाहिए। अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र में कार्यकाल के दौरान किए गए कार्य का नाम, पदनाम और प्रकृति का स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख होना चाहिए, ऐसा न पाए जाने पर अनुभव पर स्क्रीनिंग उद्देश्य के लिए विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।/ Only post qualification experience will be considered. Experience Certificate should clearly show the date of joining & date of relieving. Name, Designation and nature of work performed during the tenure to be clearly mentioned in the Experience Certificate, failing which experience will not be considered for screening purpose.

• चूंकि स्क्रीनिंग प्रक्रिया अंकों के प्रतिशत के आधार पर होगी, CGPA / CPI वाले उम्मीदवारों को उचित प्राधिकारी अर्थात निदेशक / प्रधानाचार्य / रजिस्ट्रार / डीन (शिक्षाविद) / उप रजिस्ट्रार / सहायक रजिस्ट्रार/परीक्षा नियंत्रक द्वारा प्रमाणित प्रतिशत में बदलने की आवश्यकता है केवल ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से अपलोड किए गए केवल विचार किए जाएंगे। यदि कोई विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान ऐसा तँय करता है कि सीजीपीए के बराबर अंक परिवर्तित करने का कोई भी फार्मूला नहीं है तब उसके बराबर अंक परिवर्तित करने के लिए उम्मीदवारी के सीजीपीए को अधिकतम मुमकिन सीजीपीए से भाग देकर परिणाम को 100 से गुणा किया जाएगा।/ As the screening process will be based on percentage of marks, candidates with CGPA/CPI need to convert into percentage certified by appropriate authority viz. Director/Principal/Registrar/Dean (Academics)/Deputy Registrar/ Assistant Registrar/ Controller of Examination only, uploaded through online only will be considered. If any University/Institution confirms that there is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

• स्क्रीनिंग पर अंतिम निर्णय स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी द्वारा लिया जाएगा। चयन समिति के समक्ष केवल स्क्रीन-इन / शॉर्टलिस्ट उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। संचार केवल स्क्रीन-इन / शॉर्टलिस्ट उम्मीदवारों को भेजा जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों की शार्ट लिस्टिंग के मुद्दे पर एनईसैक किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार नहीं करेगा। शॉर्ट-लिस्टेड उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए कॉल लेटर एनईसैक की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर अपलोड किया जाएगा या ईमेल द्वारा सूचित किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों को समय-समय पर एनईसैक के वेबसाईट की जाँच करते रहने की सलाह दी जाती है। उन उम्मीदवरों को कोई भी सूचना नहीं दी जाएगी जिन्हे साक्षात्कार में बुलाने के लिए स्क्रीन-इन नहीं किया गया है। स्क्रीन-इन उम्मीदवारों को उनके द्वारा दिए गए सूचना के आदार पर शार्टलिस्ट किया जायेगा, यदि किसी भी समय उम्मीदवार को अयोग्य पाया जाता है तो उनकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जायेगी और इस रद्दीकरण के लिए उम्मीदवार स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा/होगी। / Final decision on the Screening will be taken by the Screening Committee. Only the screened-in/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before the Selection Committee. Communication shall be sent only to the screened-in/shortlisted candidates. NESAC will not entertain any correspondence on the issue of short-listing of candidates. The call letters for the interview to the short-listed candidates will be uploaded on the NESAC Official Website or will be communicated by email. Candidates are advised to check their email and visit the NESAC Website from time to time. No communication shall be made to the candidates who are not screened-in to appear for the interview. The screened-in candidates are shortlisted based on the information provided by them, if at any point of time it is found that the candidate is not eligible then his/her candidature will be cancelled and the onus of such cancellation will be upon the candidate himself/herself.

• अंतिम चयन केवल साक्षात्कार में उम्मीदवारों के प्रदर्शन पर आधारित होगा।/ The final selection will be based only on the performance of candidates in the interview.

आवेदन केवल ऑन लाइन स्वीकार किए जायेंगे । ऑन लाइन पंजीयन के लिए ऑन लाइन भर्ती पोर्टल दिनांक 24.12.2020 से 23.01.2021 को 15.00 बजे तक उपलब्ध रहेगा । इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी विस्तृत विज्ञापन तथा ऑन लाइन आवेदन करने के लिए हमारी वेवसाइट http://www.nesac.gov.in देख सकते हैं। नेशनल करियर सर्विस (एन.सी.एस.) पोर्टल के तहत पंजीकृत उम्मीदवार और पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करने के लिए एनईसैक वेबसाइट पर जाकर निर्दिष्ट आवेदन प्रक्रिया का पालन कर सकते हैं। पंजीकरण के बाद, आवेदकों को एक ऑन-लाइन पंजीकरण संख्या प्रदान की जाएगी, जिसे भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए सावधानीपूर्वक संरक्षित किया जाना चाहिए। आवेदक को आवेदन में ई-मेल आईडी अनिवार्य रूप से देना होगा। जो उम्मीदवार केंद्र /राज्य सरकारों, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों, अथवा स्वायत्त निकायों में पहले से कार्यरत (स्थायी/ अस्थायी) हैं, उन्हें आवेदन से पूर्व अपने नियोक्ता से पूर्व अनुमति लेनी होगी और लिखित परीक्षा साक्षात्कार के समय मूल “अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र।” अनिवार्य रूप से देना होगा/ Applications will be received on-line only. The on-line recruitment portal will be available from 24.12.2020 to 23.01.2021 till 15.00 Hrs. for registration of application. The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may visit NESAC Website and follow the application procedure as stated. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant has to be given in the application compulsorily. The on-line application has to be invariably followed-up with a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned, by those already in employment (permanent/ temporary) under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies.

•जो 23.01.2021 तक अपेक्षित अर्हता पूर्ण करते हैं केवल वही आवेदन करें। केवल उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवार ही आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र हैं। अंतिम परिणाम की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे छात्रों को आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।/ Those who possess the required qualification as on 23.01.2021 only need to apply. Only passed candidates are eligible to apply. Students awaiting for final result need not apply.

• चयनित उम्मीदवारों को उपयुक्त चिकित्सा प्राधिकरण द्वारा फिट पाए जाने पर पद को तुरंत ज्वाइन करना पड़ सकता है।/ Selected candidates may have to join the post immediately on being found fit by appropriate Medical Authority.

• विकलांग उम्मीदवारों (पीडबल्यूबीडी) को मूल प्रमाणपत्र लाना पड़ेगा/ Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates have to bring original certificate.


• अभ्यर्थियों को अपने शैक्षिक योग्यता, उत्तीर्ण वर्ष, विषयों, अंकों के प्रतिशत, प्रकाशन और अनुभव को दर्शाते हुए अपना बायोडाटा भरना होगा। ऑनलाइन फॉर्म में जहां भी संकेत दिया गया हो, वहां आवश्यक शैक्षिक अंकपत्र/ प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड करें। ऑनलाइन आवेदन और अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज़ के बायोडाटा में दिए गए विवरण में किसी भी विसंगति (अर्थात, योग्यता, अंकों का प्रतिशत, आदि) की स्थिति में, ऑन-लाइन आवेदन में दी गई जानकारी मान्य होगी।/ The candidates must fill-up their bio-data clearly indicating their educational qualifications, passing year, subjects, percentage of marks, publications, and experience. Upload the requisite educational mark sheet/certificates wherever indicated in the online form. In the event of any discrepancy in the details given in the bio-data of online-application and uploaded document(s) (viz., qualification, percentage of marks, etc), then the information given in the on-line application will prevail.
(i) नवीनतम रंगीन पासपोर्ट आकार की अपलोड की गई फोटो नीले/लाल पृष्ठभूमि में चेहरा सामने की ओर बिना सनग्लास या छाया के होना चाहिए।/ Personal latest colour passport size uploaded photograph must be front facing camera in blue/red background without sun glasses or shades.
(ii) सभी अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों को अच्छे रिजॉल्यूशन पर स्कैन किया जाना चाहिए और पढ़ने योग्य/सुस्पष्ट होना चाहिए। अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों में मोबाइल कैमरे से ली गई तस्वीरें नहीं होनी चाहिए।/ All the uploaded documents should be scanned at good resolution and need to be readable/ legible. Uploaded documents should not be photographs taken from a mobile camera.


• हिंदी और अंग्रेजी संस्करण के बीच यदि किसी भी तरह का अंतर पाया जाता है तो ऐसा स्थिति में अंग्रेजी संस्करण को अंतिम माना जाएगा।/ In case of any differences between Hindi and English Version, then English Version will be considered as Final.

उम्मीदवार अपने समेकित डिग्री और मार्कशीट को एक पी.डी.एफ. फाईल में अपलोड करें यथा- निर्दिष्ट योग्यता जैसे - बी.टैक, डिग्री और सभी छमाहियों के मार्कशीट एक-एक पी.डी.एफ. फाईल में अपलोड करें और यथा अन्य के लिए भी/CANDIDATE SHOULD UPLOAD THE MERGED DEGREE AND MARKSHEETS IN ONE PDF FILE FOR ONE PARTICULAR QUALIFICATION e.g. FOR M.TECH, DEGREE & MARKSHEETS OF ALL THE SEMESTERS SHOULD BE MERGED AND UPLOADED AND SIMILARLY FOR OTHERS ALSO.
अगर उम्मीदवारों को अंको के बजाय ग्रेड/सीजीपीए दिए गए हों तो उसे / उसके संस्थान / निदेशक / प्राचार्य / रजिस्ट्रार / डीन (शिक्षाविदों) / उप रजिस्ट्रार / सहायक रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा जारी किए गए विश्वविद्यालय से प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करना चाहिए केवल स्पष्ट रूप से उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्राप्त सीजीपीए / सीपीआई के बराबर प्रतिशत को प्रमाणित करना चाहिए, उपरोक्त के संबंध में उसकी उम्मीदवारी की असफलता पर कोई विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और इस संबंध में कोई पूछताछ नहीं की जाएगी।/ IN CASE CANDIDATE HAS BEEN AWARDED CGPA, HE/SHE SHOULD OBTAIN CERTIFICATE FROM HIS/HER INSTITUTE/UNIVERSITY ISSUED BY DIRECTOR/PRINCIPAL/REGISTRAR/DEAN (ACADEMICS)/CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION/DEPUTY REGISTRAR/ ASSISTANT REGISTRAR ONLY CLEARLY CERTIFYING THE EQUIVALENT PERCENTAGE OF THE CGPA/CPI OBTAINED BY THE CANDIDATE, FAILING WHICH EQUIVALENT PERCENTAGE OF THE CGPA/CPI SHALL BE CALCULATED BY THE SCREENING COMMITTEE WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND NO QUERIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN THIS REGARD.
