2. आयु सीमा /AGE LIMIT:

दिनांक – 07.03.2022 तक 35 वर्ष।/Maximum 35 years as on 07.03.2022.

अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों के लिए 5 वर्ष की और अ.पि.व उम्मीदवारों के लिए 3 वर्ष की छूट। भूतपूर्व सैनिक, विकलांग व्यक्ति भारत सरकार के आदेशानुसार आयु में छूट के पात्र है। आयु में छूट का दावा करने वाले उम्मदवारों को वैध दस्तावेज़ी प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। /Relaxation by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates. Ex-serviceman, Persons with Disabilities are eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India orders. Candidates claiming age relaxation have to submit valid documentary

3. वेतन और भत्ता /PAY & ALLOWANCES:

चयनित उम्मीदवारों को पे मेट्रिक्स ( 56100-177500) के स्तर 10 में वेतन प्रस्तुत की जाएगी। वेतन न्यूनतम वेतन स्तर अर्थात वर्तमान में लगभग 56100/-.निर्धारित किया जाएगा। इसके साथ-साथ नियमानुसार डी.ए, एच.आर.ए और केवल स्वयं के लिए चिकित्सा लाभ की अनुमति होगी। /Selected candidates will be offered the Pay in the Level 10 of the Pay Matrix ( 56100-177500). The Pay will be fixed in the minimum of Pay Level i.e. at present be approximately 56100/-. In addition DA, HRA and medical benefits for self only will be allowed as per rules.

4. चयन प्रक्रिया /SELECTION PROCESS:

निर्धारित योग्यता न्यूनतम आवश्यक्ता है और उसका होना साक्षात्कार के लिए उम्मीदवारों को स्वचालित रूप से योग्य नहीं बनाता है । एक विधिवत गठित स्क्रीनिंग समिति निम्नलिखित के आधार पर पदों के लिए प्राप्त आवेदनों को स्क्रिनिंग करेंगी । /The qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates eligible to be called for interview. A duly constituted Screening Committee shall screen the applications received for the positions based on the following:


i. उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के प्रतिशत की गणना संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय/ संस्थान द्वारा अपनाए गए अभ्यास के आधार पर की जाएगी। ग्रेड/सीजीपीए के मामले में, अंको के प्रतिशत में परिवर्तन संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय /संस्थान द्वारा प्रमाणित प्रक्रिया पर आधारित होगा। यदि कोई विश्वविद्यालय /संस्थान यह पुष्टि करता है कि सीजीपीए को समकक्ष अंकों में परिवर्तित करने की कोई योजना नहीं है, तो उम्मीदवार के सीजीपीए को अधिकतम संभव सीजीपीए से विभाजित करके और परिणाम को 100 से गुणा करके तुल्यता स्थापित की जाएगी। /The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution. In case of grades/CGPA, the conversion to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure as certified by the respective University/Institution. If any University/Institution confirms that there is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

ii. यदि उम्मीदवार समकक्ष विशेषज्ञता का दावा कर रहा है, तो उसे अपने संस्थान /विश्वविद्यालय से यह कहते हुए प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करना होगा कि विशेषज्ञता विज्ञापन में आवेदित पद के लिए पूछे गए पद के बराबर है। इस पर अंतिम फैसला स्क्रीनिंग समिति करेगी। स्क्रीनइन/शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को चयन समिति के समक्ष साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। केवल स्क्रीनइन/शॉर्टलिस्ट उम्मीदवारों को ही संचार भेजा जाएगा। एन.ई-सैक उम्मीदवारों की शॉर्ट लिस्टिंग के मुद्दे पर किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं करेगा। शॉट लिस्टेड उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए कॉल लेटर केवल ई-मेल द्वारा भेजे जाएंगे। उन उम्मीदवारों के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा जो शॉर्टलिस्ट/ स्क्रीनिंग में नहीं है। पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा नहीं करनेवाले उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। /In case candidate is claiming equivalent specialization, he/she has to obtain certificate from his/her institute/university stating that the specialization is equivalent to the one asked in the advertisement for the post applied for. Final decision on this will be taken by the Screening Committee. The screened-in/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before the Selection Committee. Communication shall be sent only to the screened-in/shortlisted candidates. NESAC will not entertain any correspondence on the issue of short-listing of candidates. The call letters for the interview to the short-listed candidates will be sent only by e-mail. No communication shall be made to the candidates who are not short-listed/Screened in. Candidates who do not fulfill eligibility condition will not be considered for the interview.

5. पद की अवधि /TENURE OF THE POSITION:

अनुसंधान वैज्ञानिक के पद विशुद्ध रूप से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अस्थायी आधार पर है, जिसे समय – समय पर समीक्षा में उम्मीदवार के प्रदर्शन, कुल मिलाकर 03 (तीन वर्ष) की अधिकतम अवधि के लिए या परियोजना के साथ सह-टर्मिनस इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, के आधार पर आगे बढ़ाया जा सकता है। अनुसंधान वैज्ञानिक का पद एन.ई-सैक में नियमित रोज़गार के लिए कोई दावा या अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी और अनुसंधान वैज्ञानिक की सेवाएं बिना किसी नोटिस के और बिना कोई कारण बताएं समाप्त की जा सकती है। /The Research Scientist position are purely on temporary basis for a period of one year which can be further extended based on the performance of the candidate in the periodical reviews, for a maximum period of 03 (three) years in total or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier. The position of Research Scientist will not confer any claim or right for regular employment in NESAC and the services of Research Scientist are liable to be terminated without any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.

निदेशक, एन.ई-सैक बिना किसी कारण के साक्षात्कार को रद्द/स्थगित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। वह परियोजना के पूरा होने से पहले ही सेवा समाप्त करने का अधिकार भी सुरक्षित रखते हैं, जिसके लिए अपील नहीं की जा सकेगी। /The Director, NESAC reserves the right to cancel/postpone the interview without any reason thereof. He also reserves the right to terminate the service, even before completion of the project for which no appeal thereof shall be made.

6. आवेदन कैसे करें /HOW TO APPLY:

दिनांक – 21.02.2022 से एन.ई-सैक वेबसाइट www.nesac.gov.in में आवेदन प्रपत्र प्रसारित किया जाएगा । ऑन-लाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने की अंतिम तिथि 07.03.2022 है और बंद होने का अंतिम समय 16:00 बजे तक है । उम्मीदवार मात्र ऑनलाइन मोड में ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं । /The application form will be hosted in the NESAC web-site www.nesac.gov.in from 21.02.2022 Last date for submission of On-line Application Forms is 07.03.2022 and closing time will be 16.00 Hrs. Candidates need to apply through online mode only.

पंजीकरण के बाद आवेदन सार का एक प्रिंट आउट लें और साक्षात्कार के समय पासपोर्ट के आकार के फोटो और आवेदन में प्रस्तुत डेटा का समर्थन करने वाले दस्तावेज़ों के साथ प्रिंट आउट लाया जाना है। इस विज्ञापन के संबंध में एन.-ई-सैक के साथ भविष्य के सभी पत्राचारों के लिए उम्मीदवार द्वारा पंजीकरण संख्या दर्ज की जानी चाहिए। /After registration take a print out of the application summary and the print-out is to be brought along with passport size photograph and documents supporting the data furnished in application at the time of Interview. Registration Number should be recorded by the Candidate for all future correspondences with NESAC with regard to this advertisement.



7. सामान्य शर्तें /GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• अनुसंधान वैज्ञानिक नियमानुसार छुट्टियों के हकदार होंगे । भारत सरकार के निदेशानुसार सभी महिला उम्मीदवार प्रसूति छुट्टी प्राप्त कर सकती है । /Research Scientists are eligible for Leaves as per rules. Maternity Leave as per Govt. of India instructions would be available to all female Research Scientists.


• केंद्र कैंटीन सुविधाएं, पुस्तकालय सुविधाएं, परिवहन सुविधाएं आदि प्रदान करता है।/The Centre provides canteen facilities, library facilities, transport facilities etc.


• 07.03.2022 तक आवश्यक अर्हता रखनेवालो को ही आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता है। अंतिम परिणाम की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे विद्यार्थी आवेदन करने हेतु पात्र नहीं है। /Those who possess the required qualification as on 07.03.2022 only need to apply. Students awaiting for final result need not to apply.


• आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से होंगे और आगे के सभी पत्राचार आवेदकों को केवल ईमेल/एन.ईसैक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से किए जाएंगे। इसलिए आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे समय –समय पर अपने ईमेल की जांच करें और एन.ई-सैक वेबसाइट देखें। एन.ई-सैक तकनीकी कारणों से या उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी कारण से कॉल लेटर/ किसी भी संचार के संबंध में सूचना प्राप्त न होने की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेगा। /Applications will be through online mode only and all further communications will be made to the applicants through e-mail/NESAC website only. Therefore, the applicants are advised to check their e-mail and visit the NESAC website from time to time. NESAC will not take responsibility for non-receipt of intimation regarding call letter/any communication due to technical reasons or whatsoever to the candidates.


• चयनित उम्मीदवारों को एन.ई-सैक, उमियम में तैनात किया जाएगा, लेकिन जब भी आवश्यक हो, निदेशक, एन.ई-सैक के विवेकानुसार अनुसार भारत में किसी भी स्थान पर जब कभी आवश्यक हो, तैनात किया जा सकता है। /The selected candidates shall be posted at NESAC, Umiam but are also liable to be posted in any place in India at the discretion of Director, NESAC as and when required.


• साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाए गए उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन में प्रस्तुत विवरण के प्रमाण के रूप में सभी प्रासंगिक मूल दस्तावेज़ों को स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी के एक सेट के साथ प्रस्तुत करना होगा। उम्मीदवार जो पहले से ही केंद्र. राज्य सरकार, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों या स्वायत्त निकायों के तहत कार्यरत है, उन्हें साक्षात्कार के समय आवेदन सार के प्रिंट-आउट सहित मूल रूप में ‘अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र’ प्रस्तुत करना होगा। यदि उम्मीदवार उपरोक्त दस्तावेज़ों में से कोई भी प्रस्तुत करने में विफल रहता है या यदि आवेदन में दी गई कोई भी सूचना गलत या झूठी पाई जाती है, तो उम्मीदवार का साक्षात्कार नहीं लिया जाएगा। /Candidates called for interview will have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in the application along with a set of self-attested photocopies. Candidates who are already employed under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies will have to produce the '’No Objection Certificate'’ in original including print out of the application summary, at the time of interview. In case the candidate fails to produce any of the above documents or if any information furnished in the application is found to be wrong or false, the candidate will not be interviewed.
