परिलब्धियाँ और अन्य लाभ /Emoluments & Other benefits:

फैलोशिप राशि 31,000/- प्रति माह / Fellowship amount: 31,000/- per month.

उपर्युक्त फैलोशिप के अलावा, संबंधित परियोजना के तहत स्वीकृत्त/ एचआरए जो भी कम हो, के स्थान पर निर्धारित दरों पर एचआरए का भुगतान किया जाएगा और मौजूदा नियमों के अनुसार मात्र स्वयं के लिए चिकित्सा लाभ प्रदान करने की अनुमति है। इस उद्देश्य के लिए फैलोशिप राशि को मूल वेतन के रूप में लिया जाएगा। / In addition to the above mentioned fellowship amount, HRA at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting/HRA sanctioned under the respective project whichever is less will be paid and Medical benefits for self only will be allowed as per extant rules. The fellowship amount shall be taken as Basic pay for this purpose.

जेआरएफ मात्र आकस्मिक अवकाश के पात्र है। भारत सरकार के नियमो के अनुसार सभी महिला जेआरएफ को मातृत्व अवकाश उपलब्ध होगी। इसके अलावा, चयनित उम्मीदवार नियमित कर्मचारियों के लिए स्वीकार्य किसी भी लाभ के हकदार नहीं होंगे। / JRFs are eligible only for casual leave. Maternity leave as per Govt. of India instructions would be available to all female JRFs. Apart from this, the candidates selected will not be entitled to any benefits or concessions admissible to regular employees.

आयु सीमा /Age Limit:

अधिकतम आयु 28 वर्ष, 28.02.2021 के अनुसार, लेकिन अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति के मामले में 5 वर्ष और अ.पि.व उम्मीदवारों के मामलें में 3 वर्ष की छूट। अशक्त व्यक्ति (पीडब्ल्यूडी) भारत सरकार के आदेशों के अनुसार आयु में छूट के लिए पात्र है। भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अशक्त व्यक्ति (पीडब्ल्यूडी) उम्मीदवारों के लिए भारत सरकार के आदेशों के अनुसार आयु में छूट है। / Maximum Age 28 years as on 28.02.2021 but relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3 years in case of OBC candidates. Persons with Disabilities are eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India orders. Age relaxation as per Government of India orders are applicable to Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

पदों का कार्यकाल /Tenure of the Positions:

उपरोक्त सभी पद विशुद्ध रूप से संविदात्मक आधार पर है और नियमितीकरण के प्रावधान के बिना परियोजना के साथ सह-अंतक है। जूनियर रिसर्च फैलो एक वर्ष या परियोजना की अवधि जो भी पहले हो, के लिए शुरू की जाएगी एवं उनके कार्य और परियोजना के आवश्यकता के आकलन के आधार पर आगे की अवधि के लिए विस्तार योग्य होगी। जुनियर रिसर्च फैलो की वचनबद्धता की अवधि 5 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी। यह फैलोशिप इसरो/अं.वि. के किसी भी केंद्र में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए कोई दावा या अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगा। / All the above posts are purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project without any provision for regularization. Junior Research Fellows will be engaged initially for ONE YEAR or the period of the Project whichever is earlier and is extendable for further periods based on assessment of their work and requirement of project. The maximum period of engagement of Junior Research Fellow shall not exceed FIVE years. The fellowship will not confer any claim or right for regular appointment in any of ISRO/DOS Centres.

निदेशक, एनईसैक बिना किसी कारण के साक्षात्कार को स्थगित/रद्ध करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। वह अपने साथ परियोजना के समाप्त होने के पूर्व ही अनुबंध को समाप्त करने का अधिकार भी सुरक्षित रखता है, जिसके लिए की कोई अपील नहीं की जाएगी। / The Director, NESAC reserves the right to cancel/postpone the interview without any reason thereof. He also reserves the right to terminate the contract, even before completion of the project for which no appeal thereof shall be made.

चयन प्रक्रिया /Selection Process:

निर्धारित योग्यता न्यूनतम आवश्यकता है और मात्र ऐसा होना ही उम्मीदवार को स्वतः साक्षात्कार में बुलाए जाने के योग्य नहीं बनाता है। एक विधिवत गठित स्क्रीनिंग समिति उन पदों के लिए प्राप्त आवेदनों की स्क्रीनिंग करेगी, जिनका लिया निर्णय ही अंतिम माना जाएगा। / The qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates eligible to be called for interview. A duly constituted Screening Committee shall screen the applications received for the posts whose decision shall be final.

• उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के प्रतिशत की गणना अभ्यास के आधार पर संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय/ संस्थान के द्वारा की जाती है। ग्रेड /सीजीपीए के मामले में, अंकों का प्रतिशत रूपांतरण संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय /संस्थान द्वारा प्रमाणित प्रक्रिया के आधार पर होगी। यदि कोई विश्वविद्यालय/ संस्थान यह पुष्टि करता है कि सीजीपीए को समकक्ष अंकों में परिवर्तित करने की कोई योजना नहीं है, तो उम्मीदवार को सीजीपीए को अधिकतम संभव सीजीपीए से विभाजित करके और परिणाम को 100 के साथ गुणा करके समानता स्थापित की जाएगी। / The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution. In case of grades/CGPA, the conversion to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure as certified by the respective University/Institution. If any University/Institution confirms that there is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

• यदि उम्मीदवार समकक्ष विशेषज्ञता का दावा कर रहा है, तो उसे अपने विश्वविद्यालय/ संस्थान से एक प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करना होगा, जिसमें यह कहा गया हो कि विशेषज्ञता आवेदन के लिए विज्ञापन में पूछे गए पद के बराबर है। इस पर अंतिम निर्णय स्क्रीनिंग समिति द्वारा लिया जाएगा। स्क्रीनिंग /शॉर्टलिस्ट उम्मीदवारों को चयन समिति के समक्ष साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। संसूचना केवल स्क्रीनिंग /शॉर्टलिस्ट उम्मीदवारों को ही भेजा जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों की शॉर्टलिस्टिंग के मुद्दं् पर एनईसैक किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार नहीं करेंगी। ई-मेल द्वारा मात्र शॉर्टलिस्टेड उम्मीदवारों को ही कॉल-लेटर भेजें जाऐंगे। जो उम्मीदवार स्क्रीनिंग /शॉर्टलिस्ट नहीं हुए है उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा। पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा नहीं करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। / In case candidate is claiming equivalent specialization, he/she has to obtain certificate from his/her institute/university stating that the specialization is equivalent to the one asked in the advertisement for the post applied for. Final decision on this will be taken by the Screening Committee. The screened-in/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before the Selection Committee. Communication shall be sent only to the screened-in/shortlisted candidates. NESAC will not entertain any correspondence on the issue of short-listing of candidates. The call letters for the interview to the short-listed candidates will be sent only by e-mail. No communication shall be made to the candidates who are not short-listed/Screened in. Candidates who do not fulfill eligibility condition will not be considered for the interview.

आवेदन कैसे करें / How to apply:

1. आवेदन पत्र को एनईसैक वेबसाइट www.nesac.gov.in पर 16.02.2021 से होस्ट किया जाएगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमाकरने की अंतिम तारीख 28.02.2021 है और समापन समय 16.00 बजे होगी। उम्मीदवारों को मात्र ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से ही आवेदन करना है। / The application form will be hosted in the NESAC web-sitewww.nesac.gov.in from 16.02.2021 Last date for submission of On-line Application Forms is 28.02.2021 and closing time will be 16.00 Hrs. Candidates need to apply through online mode only.

2. पंजीकरण के बाद आवेदन सारांक्ष का प्रिंट-आउट लेना है और साक्षात्कार के समय आवेदन में प्रस्तुत डेटा का समर्थन करने वाले दस्तावेज़ों और पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो सह प्रिंट-आउट लाना आवश्यक है। कृपय ध्यान दें कि साइट 28.02.2021 के 16.00 घंटें के बाद प्रिंटिंग के लिए खुली नहीं होगी। अतः इस विज्ञापन के संबंध में एनईसैक के सभी भावी पत्राचार के लिए उम्मीदवार द्वारा पंजीकरण संख्या दर्ज की जानी चाहिए। / After registration take a print out of the application summary and the print-out is to be brought along with passport size photograph and documents supporting the data furnished in application at the time of Interview. Please note that site will not be open for printing after 16:00 hours of 28.02.2021. Registration Number should be recorded by the Candidate for all future correspondences with NESAC with regard to this advertisement.

सामान्य शर्तें /General Conditions

• जिन्होंने 28.02.2021 तक आवश्यक शैक्षिक योग्यता प्राप्त कर ली है केवल वही आवेदन करें। केवल उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवार ही आवेदन करने के योग्य है। अंतिम परिणाम की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे छात्रों को आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं। / Those who possess the required qualification as on 28.02.2021 only need to apply. Only passed candidates are eligible to apply. Students awaiting for final result need not to apply.


• किसी भी रूप में प्रभाव डालने का प्रयास करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को अयोग्य घोषित किया जाएगा / Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidates.


• आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से होंगे और आवेदकों को भावी सभी संचार केवल ई-मेल/एनईसैक वेबसाईट के माध्यम से किए जाएंगे। अतः आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे समय-समय पर अपनी ई-मेल जाँच करें और एनईसैक वेबसाईट पर जाँए। एनईसैक तकनीक कारणों से या अन्यथा किसी भी कारण से उम्मीदवारों को कॉल-लेटर/ किसी भी प्रकार के संचार के न प्राप्त होने की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेगा। / Applications will be through online mode only and all further communications will be made to the applicants through e-mail/NESAC website only. Therefore, the applicants are advised to check their e-mail and visit the NESAC website from time to time. NESAC will not take responsibility for non-receipt of intimation regarding call letter/any communication due to technical reasons or whatsoever to the candidates.


• चयनित उम्मीदवार को एनईसैक, उमियम में नियुक्त किया जाएगा, परंतु जब भी आवश्यकता हो या निदेशक , एनईसैक के निर्णय अनुसार भारत में किसी भी स्थान पर तैनात होने के लिए संभाव्य होंगे। / The selected candidates shall be posted at NESAC, Umiam but are also liable to be posted in any place in India at the discretion of Director, NESAC as and when required.


• साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाए गए सभी उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन में प्रस्तुत किए गए विवरणों के प्रमाण के साथ सभी संबंधित मूल दस्तावेज़ों को स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी के साथ प्रस्तुत करना होगा। उम्मीदवार जो पहले से ही, केंद्र /राज्य सरकार, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों या स्वायत्त निकायों के तहत कार्यरत है, उन्हें भी साक्षात्कार के समय आवेदन सारांक्ष का प्रिंटआउट सहित मूल रूप से ‘अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र’ प्रस्तुत करना होगा। यदि उम्मीदवार उपरोक्त दस्तावेज़ों में से कोई भी प्रस्तुत करने में विफल रहता है या यदि आवेदन में दी गई कोई जानकारी गलत पाई जाती है, तो उम्मीदवार का साक्षात्कार नहीं लिया जाएगा। / Candidates called for interview will have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in the application along with a set of self-attested photocopies. Candidates who are already employed under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies will also have to produce the 'No Objection Certificate', in original including print out of the application summary, at the time of interview. In case the candidate fails to produce any of the above documents or if any information furnished in the application is found to be wrong or false, the candidate will not be interviewed.


• लिखित परीक्षा या साक्षात्कार के लिए तारीख में परिवर्तन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। / Changed of date for the written test or interview will not be entertained.


• उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन जमा करते समय अपना वैध-ईमेल आईडी और संपर्क नंबर प्रदान करना आवश्यक है। यदि ई-मेल आईडी व संपर्क नंबर परिवर्तित/अपडेट किए गए हैं तो इसे ई-मेल आईडी applications[at]nesac.gov.in पर सूचित किया जाए। किसी भी उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रदान की गई अवैध ई-मेल आईडी व संपर्क नंबर के मामले में, एनईसैक किसी भी सूचना के गैर-सूचना के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगी जिसे बल्क ईमेल के माध्यम से भेजी जाएगी। / Candidates are required to provide their valid email-id & contact number while submitting the application. If email-id & contact number is changed /updated, it should be intimated to the email-id applications[at]nesac.gov.in . In case of invalid email-id & contact number provided by any candidate, NESAC will not be responsible for the non-communication of any information which will be sent through bulk email.


• चयनित जेआरएफ को मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से पीएचडी के लिए पंजीकरण करने और व्यक्तिगत व एनईसैक को लाभान्वित करने के लिए प्रासंगिक अनुसंधान विषय लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है। हालांकि उन्हें पीएचडी शोध पूरा करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय काम करना होगा। पीएचडी कार्य के लिए की अवकाश स्वीकार्य नहीं है। / The selected JRFs are encouraged to register for Ph.D from recognized universities and take up relevant research topic benefitting the individual and NESAC. However they have to work extra time to complete the Ph.D research. No leave is admissible for Ph.D work.


• किसी भी तरह का अंतरिम पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा। किसी भी स्पष्टीकरण के मामले में उम्मीदवार ई-मेल के विषय में पोस्ट का नाम, पोस्ट कोड एवं विज्ञापन संख्या का स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख करने के साथ अपने मेल applications[at]nesac.gov.in पर भेज सकते हैं अन्यथा प्रश्न का जवाब नहीं दिया जाएगा और जवाब न देने के लिए एनईसैक जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। / No interim correspondence will be entertained. In case of any issues pertaining to online application, candidates may send mail to applications[at]nesac.gov.in with clearly mentioning the name of the post in the subject of the e-mail otherwise the query may not be responded and NESAC will not be responsible for not responding.


• 28.02.2021 आयु, योग्यता, आदि जैसे सभी उद्देश्यों के लिए अंतिम तारीख होगी।/ 28.02.2021 will be cut-off date for all purposes like age, qualification, etc.


• आवश्यक योग्यता प्राप्त करने के बाद निर्धारित अनुभव होना चाहिए। / The prescribed experience should be after acquiring the essential qualification.


• केवल भारतीय नागरिक ही आवेदन करने के पात्र हैं।/ Only Indian Nationals need to apply.


• साक्षात्कार में भाग लेने के लिए किसी भी प्रकार के टीए/डीए का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा। / No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.

हिंदी और अंग्रेजी संस्करण के बीच यदि किसी भी तरह का अंतर पाया जाता है तो ऐसी स्थिति में अंग्रेजी संस्करण को अंतिम माना जाएगा।/ In case of any differences between Hindi and English Version, then English Version will be considered as Final.
